Construction of a data center in the Emek Hefer industrial zone. The three-story building also has an underground level. It is the only Tier 3 unit in Israel and one of only a few in the world. The project includes an energy floor, server farm floor, roof with portable electrical/HVAC systems, technical galleries, and offices.
