The Ariel Sharon training camp. The base is spread over an area of 260 hectares, of which about 130 hectares are being developed.
Total Built-Up Area: Approx. 240,000 sqm
The project is being carried out in cooperation with the Mabat Lanegev group, a partnership formed between Minrav, the Noy Fund, Electra, and Bynet. The concession period is 25 years, including three years of construction.
The project is estimated at NIS 9 billion, the construction scope of which is NIS 2 billion (Electra Construction has a 30% share – NIS 600 million).
