Ido holds a BSc in Management and Civil Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, specializing in construction management, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. In his previous roles at Electra Construction, he served as a regional manager and project manager, leading various projects including condominium complexes, luxury towers, and public buildings.
