Project Description:

The Ariel Sharon training camp in the Negev unites the IDF's various training and instruction units, while upgrading their physical and technological infrastructure. This enables the IDF to achieve optimal, professional combat readiness, and will contribute to the IDF's operational effectiveness. The base is spread over an area of 260 hectares, of which about 130 hectares are being developed.
Total Built-Up Area: Approx. 240,000 sqm
The project is being carried out in cooperation with the Mabat Lanegev group, a partnership formed between Minrav, the Noy Fund, Electra, and Bynet. The concession period is 25 years, including three years of construction.
The project is estimated at NIS 9 billion, the construction scope of which is NIS 2 billion (Electra Construction has a 30% share – NIS 600 million).
